Registration and Cancellation Policy

Registration and payment are due fifteen (15) working days prior to the course start date. Complete the registration form and click on Send Info or print & fax the form to OMI at (281) 492-0036.

Notice of cancellation must be received by OMI ten (10) working days prior to the course start date for full refund less a $50 cancellation fee. All other cancellations, including NO SHOWS, will not be refunded. Registrants unable to attend may send an alternate. REGISTRANTS SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED CONFIRMED UNTIL A WRITTEN CONFIRMATION LETTER IS RECEIVED BY THE COURSE PARTICIPANT.
